Bring Abducted Children Home (BAC Home) is the leading parent organization advocating for American children kidnapped to Japan. BAC Home Executive Director and Mochi's daddy Jeffery Morehouse offers a brief history of the issue as it's been addressed in Congress, shares updates on recent legislative developments and suggests essential tips for identifying and communicating with key players on Capitol Hill and in the State Dept.  Participants also can gain tips for advocating the issue at the local, state and federal levels.
