The 2016 International Parents Conference & Embassy Walk begins with introductions and welcome by iStand President Dr. Noelle Hunter.  

USIP Executive Vice President William B. Taylor will welcome participants and share remarks on the intersections of international parental child abduction, cross-border conflicts and the need for peacemaking as a central element of IPCA reform.
